These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by MEET YOUR NEAT. By engaging our services, you (“Client”) agree to these terms.
We provide professional organizing services, including but not limited to home organization, office organization, and decluttering consultations.
Appointments must be scheduled in advance. We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
Our fees are outlined in our pricing guide, which is available upon request. Payment is due before services are rendered. We accept Venmo, PayPal, Cash and checks made out to Meet Your Neat LLC.
The Client agrees to provide access to the areas to be organized and to communicate any specific requirements or limitations prior to the appointment.
We are not responsible for any damage to property during the organizing process unless it is due to gross negligence on our part. The Client is responsible for securing any valuables or fragile items prior to our arrival.
We respect your privacy. All information shared with us during the organizing process will remain confidential.
We strive for client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our services, please notify us within 72 hours after completion of service so we can address your concerns.
Either party may terminate services with written notice. If services are terminated by the Client no refund is to be given for payments rendered.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to Clients.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Georgia, USA.

Areas serviced include Acworth, Adairsville, Aragon, Calhoun, Canton, Cartersville, Dallas, Atlanta surrounding areas, Euharlee, Fairmont, Holly Springs, Kennesaw, Lake Arrowhead, Marietta, Plainville, Powder Springs, Rockmart, Rome, Waleska, White, Woodstock, Yorkville. Contact for more details regarding surrounding areas serviced. We will drive up to 15 miles outside of radius for a $20 fee.
